They always say that you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Is it really true? Is this also true for humans? It's 2010, I'm 34 and I have decided to learn new things this year. I am going to try at least 1 new thing each month. Whether it be a new recipe, activity, or educational. I am taking life into my hands. No more feeling worthless, dumb, or inadequate around other people.
It's January 18th so I only have a few more weeks left for this months activity. This month's activity is working out. I am learning yoga. I have been doing it for a week. I started out having poor strength. According to Wii Fit When I started I was told that I had the Wii fit age of 45. Then I was told 65, and even 55. Some of the tests I did not quite get how to do. But today 1 week later, I got told I had the age of 34. Now to maintain the Wii fit age of 34. That is my goal for January. I will also be training via Wii Fit for the rest of the year. My hips are really sore. But my curved spine feels better. I can handle a 30 minute workout. As I go, I hope to increase my time. Maybe even add to my routine.
We shall see....................
